Q: How do I find products or services?
A: The Resource Directory offers you many ways to search. You can
search by location or category. If you are searching by location and you
are getting too few results, try searching a broader geographic location.
You can also elect to view most popular, what's new, or featured. Please
click on "Tell a Friend" to recommend our site to your friends. We offer a wide
range of articles, an ezine (monthly online magazine) and feeds to many
interesting new sites.
You may also want to visit our article pages and view the various banner ads.
All banner ads are linked to the advertiser. Simply click on the banner ad to
visit the website of the advertiser. Often when a company offers a product that
they sell to consumers no matter where the consumer lives, banner ads work
better so check them out if you aren't finding what you want in the Resource
Directory.

Q: Are Advertisers Rated?
A: Please come back and rate the advertisers you use.
This site becomes more effective for everyone who uses the site
if all Users take a minute to return and
"Rate" the advertiser.
The option to "Rate" advertisers and to
"Write a Review". is at the bottom of each respective listing.
We are not the Better Business Bureau and cannot be responsible for the
actions of all our advertisers. We want to know if you find an ad that we need
to check out. Our policies prohibit ads relating to controlled substances,
sexuality or questionable business practices. While most businesses are ethical,
it is the responsibility of the individual to do due diligence and check out a
company before sending money, or entering into contracts. Most advertisers
are established companies, if you encounter a new or unknown company it is
consumer wisdom to them out before doing business with them.

Q: What about sending email to a
company from their advertisement?
A: Advertisers list their email address to make it easy to contact
them without leaving our site. It is like any other email you send. Do not send
personal information, or details that should not be transmitted by email.

Q: If I buy from a listing in the Resource Directory is the
payment paid to your company?
A: No, we do not process transactions for our advertisers.
Essentially, we sell advertising on the same basis as a newspaper, directory or
magazine does. We are not an agency or broker. Any purchases you make from
listings in the Resource Directory are strictly a business transaction between
you and that company. We have no right, or responsibility to negotiate, exercise
refund policies or intervene in disputes between you and one of our advertisers.
